Expensive speakers have just gotten better. These $180,000 MBL X-treme speakers will make listening to music a more enjoyable experience. The MBL 101X uses MBL’s unique omni-directional drivers from the 101E, one suspended and inverted above the other, mounted on a massive platform made from carbon fiber, aluminum, steel, acrylic, and wood.  Mind blowing bass is provided by a separate, which has a height of feet and houses four 12” subwoofers. The speakers have been specially designed to send sound in all directions making more natural sound replication. The 101X system will be officially launched at CES.
